Tracking questions

Where can I find my tracking number?

Look for the tracking link or number in your shipping confirmation email. Your order confirmation may arrive before tracking is available.

Why are there no tracking updates?

A tracking number may be issued before the carrier receives or scans the package. Check that you copied the number correctly. If updates remain unavailable or your order is taking longer than the delivery estimate you were given, contact us.

Will all my items arrive together?

Some orders may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. Check the shipping emails or your order status page for each shipment.

Tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received it.

If it’s safe to do so, check your usual delivery locations and with other members of your household. If you still can’t find the package, contact us so we can help review the delivery details.
